I’m Elizabeth, a contemporary romance and pop fiction author obsessed with the zeitgeist, so it’s no surprise that I’m drawn to writing stories that examine fame, parasocial relationships, and how we consume celebrity. I write about rock stars and influencers, football players and movie stars.
My current project is Strings Attached, a contemporary rock star romance about a journalist who goes on a year-long tour with a band she hates.
With a Master’s degree in English from East Carolina University, I’m also a writer for Duke University, where I write human interest stories about faculty and students.
If I’m not writing, I’m probably reading, or wrangling my two kiddos. If I’m not doing any of that, I’m probably napping.
I’m represented by Morgan Strehlow at The Bindery Agency, so contact me or Morgan if you’re an editor who is interested in reading!
It’s the time of year when everyone rolls out their accomplishment lists, and, to be honest, they’re all kind of making me want to shrink back into a hole in the ground. Because while 2024 was pretty great publishing-wise (I got an agent! I went on sub with my first book!), 2025 was decidedly…not.
